The firm is pleased to announce that Jeff Clayton has accepted an appointment as the Area Legal Counsel for the Africa Southeast Area for The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints.  Jeff and his wife, Marge, will be moving to Johannesburg, South Africa, in November 2011 for a term of at least 3 years.  We wish Jeff and Marge all the best as they embark on this adventure.

The firm expresses its condolences on the passing of the Honorable J. Thomas Greene, a wonderful friend, jurist, mentor and colleague.  From 1974 to 1985, Judge Greene was a member of the firm which was known at that time as Greene Callister & Nebeker.  In 1985, President Ronald Reagan appointed him to the bench of the U.S. District Court for the District of Utah, where he served until his death.
