PRACTICE GROUP DESCRIPTION

Callister Nebeker & McCullough has extensive experience in the utilities area, including gas, electricity, telecommunications and water. The firm represents the Utah Rural Telecom Association and a variety of competitive local exchange carriers. One of our attorneys served on the Public Service Commission of Utah, including more than 10 years as Chair. Another of our attorneys served as an Assistant Attorney General, Chief of the Public Utilities Section, representing the State of Utah in utility matters. Our experience includes all aspects of utility operations including representation before governmental agencies and entities, lobbying, rate cases, contracts, utility easements, and other issues related to utility companies.
