Callister Nebeker & McCullough is pleased to announce that Marc Turman has become a shareholder with the firm. Mr. Turman joined the firm in October of 2008 and maintains a practice in commercial litigation, appeals, and bankruptcy. Prior to joining Callister Nebeker & McCullough, Mr. Turman worked as a litigation and appellate attorney at two large law firms in southern California where he served as counsel to national and multinational clients such as Ford Motor Company, Sony Pictures Entertainment Inc., and DirecTV. Mr. Turman has represented clients in contract disputes, real property disputes, intellectual property disputes, business tort claims, product liability claims, employment disputes, and bankruptcy matters. He has handled numerous appeals and argued cases in both federal and state appellate courts. 5/15/2009
