Mr. Fillmore has extensive experience in real estate, business transactions and finance, and financial institutions. His real estate experience is in commercial property acquisitions, sales, leasing, construction and term financing, development requirements, foreclosures, and creditor’s rights protection and enforcements.

In representing business clients Mr. Fillmore has handled entity and asset sale and purchase transactions, lender and seller financing, entity formations, and preparation of agreements used in business operations. He has been represented clients in financing of all manner of assets and business transactions.

Mr. Fillmore has represented financial institutions during his entire career. The representation has included financial institution formation, governance, regulatory compliance, financing and capitalization, commercial and real estate lending, business forms and agreements, consumer finance and regulation, loan enforcements and recoveries including bankruptcy actions, foreclosures and operational matters and loss recoveries.

Over the many business cycles during his years of law practice Mr. Fillmore has been involved in numerous and varied workout and creditors rights actions to creatively and successfully address loan recovery and restructuring and collateral enforcement matters.
