Mr. Price maintains a general civil litigation practice and has provided legal service to numerous clients, individuals and companies, both large and small, in resolving issues ranging from simple contract litigation to complex banking and real estate matters. In addition to maintaining his commercial litigation practice, he also focuses his attention on banking, employment, corporate and commercial law. Mr. Price has represented clients at trial and appellate levels in both state and federal courts. He is recognized on Strathmore’s Who’s Who in Utah’s legal community. Prior to joining the firm in 2006, Mr. Price was in-house counsel to a multinational product brokerage and internet marketing company and previously with area law firms. Mr. Price is a member of the Utah Bar Association, the Federal Bar Association, the Salt Lake County Bar Association, and the Davis County Bar Association. Mr. Price has also been a member of the American Bar Association, Davis County Chamber of Commerce and Rotary Club of Layton, Utah.
