Mr. Ingleby has received a Martindale-Hubbell Legal Ability Rating of AV (very high to preeminent) and a General Ethics Standards Rating of AV (very high). Mr. Ingleby regularly advises clients in the acquisition, development, leasing, exchange, and sale of real estate, including extensive experience in real estate lending, condominiums, planned unit developments and timeshare projects. As the founder, in-house counsel and V.P. of marketing for several successful technology companies with an international customer base, Mr. Ingleby has broad experience in establishing and structuring growing technology companies, drafting buy/sell and other shareholder agreements, preparing distributor, agency and marketing agreements, acquiring, licensing and selling technologies, protecting trade secrets, restricting employee competition, maintaining business records and organizing for corporate compliance, and negotiating and documenting business acquisitions and mergers.
