Mr. Topham joined Callister Nebeker & McCullough as an associate attorney in August 2010, having worked as a law clerk for the firm during the summers of 2008-2010. A graduate of Willamette University College of Law in Salem, Oregon, Mr. Topham was a teaching assistant in the college’s legal writing program and a staff writer for Willamette Law Online’s intellectual property section and the Willamette Journal of International Law and Dispute Resolution. Mr. Topham also authored articles published in the Willamette Law Review and the Willamette Sports Law Journal. His article on the regulation of financial derivative contracts received an award from the Securities Regulation Section of the Oregon State Bar, which annually issues the award to the top Securities Regulation student from each Oregon law school. Mr. Topham’s practice areas include municipal, real property, business, banking, employment and social media law. Outside of the office, Mr. Topham maintains an active lifestyle with interests including rock climbing, hiking, snowboarding and weight training.
