Ms. Hart’s practice specializes in the areas of corporate transactions (including mergers and acquisitions), securities law and estate planning and administration. Ms. Hart is a frequent speaker on estate planning and probate to both professional and civic groups. Ms. Hart is a fellow of The American College of Trust and Estate Counsel (ACTEC), and is a founding member of the Women’s Philanthropic Network. She is a member of the National Association of Broadcasters and the Utah Broadcasters Association. She is the past Chair of the Estate Planning Section of the Utah State Bar, and is a past member of the board of directors of the Salt Lake Estate Planning Council. Ms. Hart was an instructor at Utah Valley Community College in Orem for six years, teaching Probate and Estate I and II for legal assistants. She was named to the 2007 Utah Legal EliteTM in the category of Wills, Trusts and Estates by Utah Business Magazine.
