Jeff Steed practices a combination of tax, legal and finance strategies for high-wealth individuals, private businesses, estates, trusts, and non-profit organizations. He advises clients on estate planning, taxation, asset protection, and general business and corporate law matters.

Jeff is the manager of our Compliance Management System (CMS). He received his Juris Doctorate from the University of Utah, S.J. Quinney College of Law and his Bachelor of Arts, magna cum laude, in business and international management from Utah State University. He is currently pursuing and Executive L.L.M. degree in taxation and wealth management with the Thomas Jefferson School of Law, a private law school in San Diego. He has held various positions in business and finance, including serving as the director of compliance for a regional wealth management and investment advisory firm.
