Mr. Denney is a shareholder who practices in the litigation section. Experienced in coordinating complex tort litigation in multi-state region including discovery coordination, trial preparation and trial work. Adept at early case evaluation and analysis including case analysis through jury research and mock trials. Concentration in personal injury claims associated with the use of consumer products such as automobiles, constructions equipment, motorcycles, ATVs, tractor-trailers, pharmaceuticals, hand tools, and medical devices. Mr. Denney is a member of the Utah State Bar, American Bar Association, Davis County Bar Association, Defense Research Institute and the Federal Bar Association. He has served as a Utah State Tax Commission Appeals Examiner and a Presenter at the Utah State Bar Annual Meeting: “Effective Use of Trial Exhibits.” Mr. Denney has been listed as one of Utah’s “Legal Elite” by Utah Business Magazine in the areas of litigation and personal injury.
