Attorneys

Kent Brown focuses his practice in the areas of Estate Planning, Business Planning, Taxation and Elder Law. Mr. Brown is a member of the National Academy of Elder Law attorneys and is also a member of Medicaid Practice Systems. Mr. Brown has helped numerous individuals protect those assets they have accumulated over a life time and protect those assets from costs associated with their long-term care. Mr. Brown assists numerous clients with Medicaid and Veteran’s Benefits. Mr. Brown has published numerous articles in the areas of Elder Law, Estate Planning, and Long-term Care Planning. Mr. Brown also lectures frequently in these areas.
