Attorneys

Before joining Callister Nebeker & McCullough in 2007, Mr. Keele served as a judicial law clerk for the Honorable Stephen J. Swift on the U.S. Tax Court in Washington, D.C.  He also interned in the Environmental Division of the New York State Attorney General’s Office and worked as a contract attorney for several years on many high-profile litigation projects for numerous large law firms in New York City and in Washington.  Mr. Keele has been published multiple times, including an article published in The Tax Lawyer, and he has been named as a Rising Star on the Mountain States Super Lawyers List.

In addition to representing clients in a wide variety of tax, business, corporate, employment, and real estate matters, Mr. Keele also represents numerous financial institutions in a variety of lending matters ranging from the initial negotiation and documentation of sophisticated commercial and real estate loans through borrower default, foreclosures, loan restructuring, and loss recovery.
