Mr. Lindsay is a shareholder who practices in the Real Estate, Banking and Finance, and Litigation Sections of the firm. Mr. Lindsay’s real estate practice includes documentation of commercial real estate loan transactions throughout the United States. Prior to attending law school, Mr. Lindsay was a commercial loan officer for Zions First National Bank, a national association. Mr. Lindsay’s litigation practice relates primarily to issues involving banking and finance and includes arbitration and mediation.
