Ms. Patterson’s practice includes a broad range of general corporate and securities law including registered debt and equity offerings, initial public offerings, private placements, annual SEC corporate filings, general Delaware and Utah corporate matters, corporate restructurings, exchange offers, consent solicitations, tender offers, mergers and acquisitions.

Prior to joining the firm, Ms. Patterson was counsel with Ballard Spahr Andrews & Ingersoll and previously an associate at Skadden, Arps, Slate, Meagher & Flom.
