A graduate of Valparaiso University School of Law in northwest Indiana, Mr. Fox participated on Law Review, was a legal writing teacher’s assistant, and earned a Master’s Degree in English literature and writing in addition to receiving his law degree. Mr. Fox also clerked for Chief Justice Christine Durham of the Utah Supreme Court during the summer of 2006. Since being at Callister Nebeker & McCullough, Mr. Fox has specialized in lender liability and foreclosure litigation defense at both the district and appellate court levels and has successfully represented national and local banks against claims of wrongful foreclosure and lending practices related to sub-prime loans, securitized mortgages, transfers of debts, loan workouts, and servicing of loans. His practice areas also include foreclosures, representing creditors in bankruptcy, and litigation matters related to mechanics liens, evictions, and other banking and real property disputes.
