Attorneys

Mr. Lyons is a litigation associate with a focus on complex commercial litigation, management-side labor and employment law, and creditors’ bankruptcy rights.  Prior to joining Callister Nebeker & McCullough, Mr. Lyons clerked for the Honorable David K. Johnson and graduated from the Indiana University Maurer School of Law-Bloomington where he was named to The Order of Barristers as a result of his distinguished performance in a variety of advocacy competitions.  Mr. Lyons speaks Spanish and is a member of the Litigation, Labor and Employment, and Bankruptcy sections.
