Prior to coming to the firm as “Of Counsel”, Ms. Allison served as Senior Vice President, Director of Human Resources and General Counsel for American Investment Bank, N.A. in Salt Lake City, Utah. She has also served as a corporate officer and counsel for a state chartered bank and an Industrial Loan Corporation. Ms. Allison’s practice has included areas such as regulatory compliance, documentation of commercial loans and consumer financial services products and employment law. She concentrates her practice in the Banking and Finance section of the firm.
