David is a Shareholder and Director at Callister, Nebeker & McCullough, where his practice focuses exclusively on tax and estate planning, business entities, asset protection, charitable organizations and charitable giving. He assists his clients in preparing wills, revocable trusts, irrevocable trusts, dynastic trusts, as well as corporations, partnership, and LLCs. He represents numerous public charities as well as many private foundations, both operating and non-operating. He has represented clients before Utah Courts in various probate matters, as well as guardianships, conservatorships, and adoptions. He has represented clients before the IRS at the audit level on estate, gift, and income tax issues and has filed numerous protests to Appeals and petitions to Tax Court. David is a Fellow with the American Counsel of Trust and Estate Counsel (ACTEC). David has served on professional committees with the Utah State Bar, the Utah Association of Certified Public Accountants, and the Utah Chapter of the Financial Planners Association. He also actively serves on the Boards of several different charitable organizations.
