Attorneys

Daniel Daines practices in the areas of taxation and business law. He assists clients with various tax and estate planning matters, including wills, trusts, probate proceedings, tax controversies, and tax exempt organizations (both public charities and private foundations). In addition, Daniel counsels clients in various business law matters, including formation, structure, financing, asset protection, and other negotiations and agreements.

Daniel is a member of the Tax, Probate and Estate Planning, and Business Law sections of the Utah Bar Association.
