Mr. Morris handles a wide variety of business transactions, with a focus on large commercial loan transactions and loan restructuring. He is experienced in all types of secured lending under the Uniform Commercial Code, and in transactions involving intellectual property security, software licensing, and product distribution. Before coming to Callister Nebeker & McCullough, Mr. Morris spent approximately eleven years as general counsel to a leasing company that was engaged in a wide range of commercial leasing transactions on a national level. He has also practiced in the areas of commercial litigation and estate planning.
