January 7, 2010

The United States Court of Appeals for the 10th Circuit has issued a decision affirming the constitutionality of the creation of the Canyons School District. Jeffrey L. Shields of Callister Nebeker & McCullough’s Litigation Practice Group argued the case on behalf of the cities of Cottonwood Heights, Midvale, Sandy and Draper. Zachary T. Shields and Michael D.
